HR & Management assistant (m/f/d)

Permanent contract in part or full time

YOUR TASKS

  • Ensuring the smooth implementation of our HR processes (recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, training and further education)
  • Competent contact person for all HR-related topics
  • Operational personnel administration (personnel file maintenance, time management, payroll preparation and contracts)
  • Supporting management in organisational and administrative matters
  • Ensuring efficient office organisation


YOUR PROFILE

  • Completed commercial training with experience in human resources
  • Ability to work in a team, strong organisational and communication skills, sense of responsibility, diligence and discretion
  • Proficiency in common MS Office applications
  • Very good written and spoken German and French, as well as good English skills
